Refund and Damage Policy
Due to the custom nature of our products all sales are final and there are no refunds or returns unless the product is damaged in transit, defective or you received the wrong product.
Our fulfillment and shipping partner will handle all damage claims, however, Horse and Carriage will need to be notified about the issue as soon as possible to arrange the return. Items shipped to you must be inspected immediately upon delivery for us to make a claim with the shipper or manufacturer. We’re here to arrange repair or replacement of the item as required if it is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect.
